TRINIDAD Screening and Filmmaker Q&A

Join us for the Texas Radical Documentary Series presentation of TRINIDAD, an eye-opening documentary made by local filmmakers PJ Raval and Jay Hodges. TRINIDAD uncovers Trinidad, Colorado’s transformation from Wild West outpost to “sex-change capital of the world,” and follows three transgender women who may steer the rural ranching town toward becoming the “transsexual mecca.”

Texas Rad Docs will be screening political and social issue documentaries by Texas filmmakers. The series will shed light on matters of importance to the progressive community. Aiming to start a conversation that will mobilize the public, a Q&A session with the filmmaker will follow each screening. Our program will provide Texas filmmakers the opportunity to share their work and empower the audience to take action of their own.

The screenings are free and open to the public.
