Kid's Story Hour - Immigration

Kids Story Hour
Sunday March 1st @ 1PM

This Sunday, the Texas Coordinator of Grassroots Leadership,
Bob Libal, will be talking about immigration and specifically, the Immigrant
Family Detention Center in Taylor, Texas that keeps children and
families behind bars.

We will be reading a story about an immigrant family and making
protest signs. The A-Scouts will bring the signs to the vigil that is
scheduled to take place outside of the family detention center the
following week on Saturday, March 7th.

The A-Scouts will be present and looking to recruit other rad kids
to join the A-Scouts movement. More information about the detention
center and the March 7th demonstration will be available at story hour.

And, as always, will have stories, snacks, and activities
