Black August Event: Political Prisoners in the U.S.

In honor of Black August--a time to remember the struggle of black freedom fighers in the U.S.--Curtis Mullins of the African American Council in Tulsa and the Ruchell (Cinque) Magee Defense Team, will be speaking at MonkeyWrench Books.Twitch Entropy, Central Coordinator for the Committee to Free Alvaro Luna Hernandez and Coordinator for the Campaign to Free Khalfani Malik Khaldun, will also speak, addressing Control Units and their connection to political prisoners. We will also be showing the recent documentary on the San Francisco 8, "Legacy of Torture."
